海恩集团（香港）有限公司 （以下简称“海恩”），于2009年由两位归国华侨共同成立，公司注册及实到资金为3.4亿元港币。 海恩致力于在全球各地打造多元化产业基地，且已由创立初期的综合贸易公司转型为业务多元的控股集团。 目前，海恩在全球共设有一级子公司5家、二级子公司9家，涵盖国际贸易、对冲基金、管理咨询、文化传播及教育等领域。

Oceana Group (Hong Kong) Co. Ltd., has a long and prospers history; it was established by two overseas Chinese funders in the year of 2009, with a registered $340 million HKD capital. Oceana is committed to build diversified industrial bases around the world, and it has transformed from a comprehensive trading company into a diversified holding and investment group. At present, Oceana has five first-tier subsidiaries and nine second-tier subsidiaries, covering international trade, Investment banking and capital investment, management consulting, cultural communication and education sector, etc.
